The 12.5 f/6.3 mirror was everything I hoped it would be. I think I can now die a happy man. I've finally got a scope that'll knock the stuffing out of planets. I now know that even f/6.3 scopes need to be well collimated. The results of eyeball collimation vs. a precise collimation made all the difference. I went with the catseye tools and found them very easy to use and have been getting great results. I'm finding that a 12.5" scope is right at the limit of what I can handle. I glad I went for it. At 45 degrees I can view comfotably while standing. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the result. I understand you're moving, good luck with everything.
